Heaven

I dont know if you believe in the concept of heaven but one thing has always puzzled me, if there is such a place and you have lived a good life and you make it to paradise i am assuming it will be a place of great joy and happiness etc, therefore if you were close to a number of people on earth who were not God fearing eg wife, husband, siblings, close friends etc even a beloved pet how can you be totally happy in such a place if the person or persons you loved the most on earth cannot be there with you?

But if they had no religious beliefs here on earth how can they be?

If you go to a Heaven that is based on 'belief' rather than life led to obtain admission......then that would be a problem. I for one could only believe in a heaven that accepted all....whatever their beliefs.

A lot of people are going to be very disappointed if they are relying on there being heaven - but those of us who don't believe could end up being pleasantly surprised. Know which I'd rather be.

Just before my husband died he said if there was a life after death he would let me know some way or another but I haven't had any sign at all and I'm sure he would have done if he could so I think when you're dead you're dead, full stop.
