Evening all !!
I am using Firefox and whenever I try to contact a company via a link on the website, I am directed directly to Google mail, although my default E mail is Outlook. Not any trouble, just annoying - any ideas anybody ??

Go to
"Tools" on the firefox menu
Select "Options"
Click the tab "Applications"
go down the list and look for "mailto:"
Highlight the row.
click on the dropown arrow to the right of "google mail"
it should give a list of optional email clients.
Choose "Outlook"
Now click the "Ok" button
Now try that link.
