Hamas War Crimes??

Siting rocket launchers etc in schools and hospitals, ie using their own children as shields etc. Then using the innevitable collateral damage as propganda. Deliberately targetting civilians with 8000 rockets. Are Hamas committing war crimes?

Great answer Loonie , when the IRA were letting bombs off in england we should have put young Catholic children i n front of our troops. We should have bombed Dublin killing over 1000 women and kids and all would be ok .We would not have even had to bother with Sein Fein.
We could have built new houses all over the south .

I watched the vidoes, all very sad and disturbing. No doubt there are rogue elements in the Israeli forces, just as there are in our own. The point is that it is not Israeli policy to target civilians it is Hamas's.

The original evaluation still stands, stop firing your rockets and it will end.

Funnily enough it was the IRA who hid behind street kids when they were firing at our boys patrolling the streets.

Sein fein/IRA embraced peace and look where NI is now.
Maybe if Hamas did the same progress could be made.

Lonnie � You may need to read about history a little bit more, Arabs, after Muhammad did occupy Egypt and even went all the way to Spain. But with a very clear difference. They neither kill all the Egyptians or Spanish None Muslims nor kicked them out. When they got defeated in Spain after almost a decade, majority of the people were still none Muslim. Now you tell me how many Jews were there in 1948 compared to Muslims, and just work out what is the ration now within 60 years. I will leave it to you to do the calculation.

1st, thank you R1 for spending the time to look at the links to the video clips.

2nd, Ned there is peace now in northern ireland , but i think the government only sat down and spoke to the ira and gave in to most of there demands due to the high cost of security and the number of lives lost.

3rd, if hamas could kill more humans with better weapons the israeli government might stop nicking there land and knock down some of the settlements built.

Keyplus, I don't think I said that the conquering Arabs wiped out the native inhabitants, but as far as that goes, the Romans took Judah from the Jews, and the Arab armies took what had become Palestine from the Romans, All i'm saying, is that the people who lived in Palestine prior to 1948, were decendants of conquerers, as were the Jews, if you go back far enough.
