Has just told me that his ex GF has been raped in South Africa, and really beaten up. She is a dental nurse, a very sweet and gentle girl. He is flying out in the morning to her with her mother. I can only imagine how her elderly mum must feel now, Pete was in tears to me on the phone.
I sometimes think you should lock everyone you love up in a box.

God only knows, i am getting scared of answering the phone.
She went out before Xmas, i said to Pete when i got back to the UK is she safe in SA. Unreal this is.
