DVD/TV Connection

We have a 'Acoustic Solutions' DVD player, model No TE-118A which works perfectly on 2 T.V.s in the house.
When I now try to run it on our 'Panasonic TX-32LMD70A' TV the picture is totally GREEN. The connection is via a conventional scart lead.

Any advice please
