Does anyone remember a televeision programme where a fictious aircraft was heading towards london airspace and experts in the studio were reacting to the situation, then the audience was posed a question what would you do? A, B C or D. Please tell me the name of the programme and where i can get a copy of it

That was the pilot episode (so to speak) of "The Bunker - Crisis Command: Could You Run The Country?", the unwieldily-titled show which the BBC still has three unaired episodes of, sitting on a shelf underneath Goodge Street Station.
