a tin of Scottish mackerell on bread and Benecol,
seved up on a disposable plate, now in bin, so No washing up at all,
Men are brainy you see,
The Mackerell was very nice, Proving that there is some good comes out of Scotyland,
prev what can I have for breakfast ?
