disc fault, u can take the disk to Game or Gamestation and they will clean it for you, 3 i think. or u can try playing the game from ur hardrive instead of the disk
I think that if you move your 360 when it's on then it scratches the disc. It's hidden away somewhere in the middle of the manual, I believe.
sounds like a dvd drive fault to me. our old 360 started going wrong like that until eventually it wouldnt play anything. the most annoying message being 'put this disk in a 360 console'!!!
Have you moved the 360 when you're playing FIFA in any way?

Picked it up, pushed it across the floor, moved it from flat to upright.

Doing any of these things will helpfully score a line around the disc wherever the laser happens to be at the time, making your game unreadable. Other games will still work fine as the discs are alright.

If it happens to any of your other games then it's a console fault obviously
90% of these cases are caused by the machine moving even slightly, while the disc is inserted.

Taking it to Gamestation and handing it over along with 3 solves 95% of all issues.

Another suggestion as stated above is to install the game to the hard drive and then it only requires the disc to be in the drive when loading the game and doesnt need to read the disc itself.
