my nan

I just guess i want this off of my chest i am in pieces tonight. We were told this afternoon my nan, who was taken to hospital yesterday following a suspected severe angina attack, has in fact got a torn major blood vessel next to her heart. The operation to fix it only has a 10% success rate. She all so has a mass in her abdomen, which if its like her mother, could be cancer. She is 79, and my idol, i cant bare the thought of loosing her.
my husbands doing his best to take my mind off of it but i cant believe this is happening.

hey guys, she was a little better yesterday when i last heard from my dad giving my granddad a re hard time, he had to be refferee to stop them arguing to much!!!
None from today so i am going on no news is good news

They just found she has MRSA as well so lets hope she gets better, still on form bossing my granddad so i guess as u say onwards and upwards!

I had to come on here and see how your Nan was, but am wondering if I've missed a later post? I'll go and look through them all again. I don't want to 'say' the wrong thing, but I was going to say that "go and see her if you want, but don't go if you'd rather remember her how she was". But, yes, you will feel guilty later, if you don't go. But you don't HAVE to feel guilty.
And, yes, there are good times and bad just now, highs and lows, and you will be wondering how you will ever get through it, but you will.
