My partner and I would like to visit Venezuela and I understand that they have good cosmetic surgeons. I have decided to treat myself to a face lift and I know it would be cheaper there.
Is there a register of reliable surgeons online or a firm that specializes in helping overseas patients?

Well it is upo to you, but I am not sure I would trust a face lift to a person in Venezuela.

You read things like

make sure you get a personal recommendation from someone that has had it done there by a named surgeon, make sure you get the same guy and try and look up his track record first, and before you go under the anaesthetic make sure you actually see him in cap & gown.
Also you want to make sure they either speak english or can provide an interpreter. I know Spain has a good track record for this, who has actually told you about Venezuela surgeons, pls do your homework and dont fly back too soon.
Remember if things go wrong its a long way back to complain and costly flights too. If you are happy with all the answers go ahead.
