What would you have done?

Just fried some lovely bacon until golden brown to go with some beans, egg and a sausage, after i removed the bacon from the pan i noticed there was quite a bit of fat left in there, so I couldn't resist slapping a thick piece of white bried in there to cook on both sides.

Would you have used the fat, or got shot of it.

feel guilty now, but it was lush.

Yep, if you have a fry up go the whole hog and enjoy it. Just don't do it too often. Good advice. I am now very tempted to get the frying pan out.
