Could this be the start to another series of terrorist attacks by some wing of the IRA?

Or is this just an isolated incident?

What i dont get though is how the BBC 6 o'clock news can get away with showing pictures of Republican streets and murals as if they were condemning them. I completely agree that the IRA or Real IRA or Low Fat IRA should be condemed for these killings but they were purposely using these pictures in the same vain, which i don't agree with.
