Arrestment on Wages

Hello, my friend won a small claims case a while back against her ex partner but the problem is she still hasnt got the money back and doesn't know where he works as he's changed jobs. Is there a way she can enforce the decree without knowing where he works to do an arrestment on wages? Or is there another method to obtain the money? He doesn't have any assets worth value though.
