healthy quick meals

I work 12 hour night shifts and am looking for some easy to make very healthy meals to take to work. Any ideas?

So something like a pasta salad with sweetcorn, and grilled chicken or tuna.
Or maybe some nice wraps or pitta bread with grilled meat, oven roasted vegetables.
