Norway
There is 1 in Denmark, 6 in Norway and 3 in Sweden, but all of the 'A's have a little circle above them
Luckystrike is a letter in both the Danish, Norwegian and Swedish alphabet. It also means stream in all three languages, so there is a word that only consist of the letter or . In Danish the letter can also be written as AA, only used in old town names, last names or when writing on a foreign keyboard. The town Aabenraa (benr - but officially spelled with double a's) is the first town on the world list of towns, so I'm not even sure there exist a town called just A. But I can be wrong I- 'll try to find that town list.

I may have found that city/town list - no cities called A  but a lot called , as Luckystrike says. Try these two links out
