I would like to buy my husband a laptop that he can use solely for his photography.I have seen some ,what I thought looked good, very inexpensive ones (around 200)but I do not know if the specifications are right. What should I be looking for to suit the purpose ?
Software that many use for photo editing (those more serious anyway), is typically Photoshop. This requires a decent amount of processing power.
I agree with all of the above; if a desktop will do, then go for that.. You'll get much better value for money.
Also take note of the screen. Many laptops come with a shiny screen now, not matte. This has the effect of making colours look more vivid, but it's a bit of a pain for photo editing.
stupid guy! I just tell you what I know and share it to you, ok, I am a poor student can't pay for the expensive software, but you can, go to the adobe site directly pay 1000$ for it. Anyway, if you do not like it, just ignore, why you report me? *******!
