Because horse **** contains less harmful bacteria and is a good fertilzer whereas dog **** can be extremely harmful especially in parks where children play.

I think you'll find that any droppings left behind by a Police horse is cleared away reasonably quickly.

The horseboxes used to transport the nags are equipped, believe it or not, with shovels, buckets, brushes etc so that whoever is driving the vehicle can return to the "scene of the crime" after the nags are boxed up and clean up the mess.

I know that that's what's SUPPOSED to happen !

When I was a kid we used to follow the Hunt around the village with a wheelbarrow, shovelling up the dollops. Horse manure is fine.

Dogs are fed on rubbish and crap vileness on the streets. When did you last deliberately put dog **** on your garden?

dogs eat meat which contains bacteria, dog faeces contains a lot of bacteria, Horse poo does not as horses only eat vegetation
