where to go?
1. olu deniz- where there is a lovely beach, no waterpark but the 12 island cruise.
2. marmaris - not as nice beaches but a waterpark.
3. kusadasi- massive waterpark, not sure about the beaches.
4. didim - inbetween marmaris and kusadasi.

were stuck, please can you help if you have any suggestions. it would be much appreciated, thanks.

Marmaris- avoid , horible place

Olu deniz- nice if you only want to lie on nice beach or swim all day.

Turunc - nice little resort

Fethiye - close enough to Olu Deniz, but a town, so more interesting.

Or, you could go on a turkish boat around the coast for 7, 10 or 14 days, it stops of in little coves and bays, sometimes into ports, so you can see a few different places. I've done it a few times, and enjoyed it (as adult and 14 yr old), my mum and her friends have been multiple times. If there is a big group of you, you charter the whole boat, of there is a smaller number, then you take a number of the berths, and share boat with other people/families.

Hi there....we have been going to Turkey for the past 8 years and stay at the same hotel...Hotel Leda in Ovaceck. Largest pool in the area, very friendly staff and the majority of guests go back year after year (and are English) Out of major resorts but short dolmus ride to Hisaranou, Olu Deniz or Fethiye. Very reasonable room rates for basic but spotlessly clean rooms. We usually book rooms through the hotel web site (contact Jane the manager) then flights seperately.......never had any complaints......... hope this helps.

Really depends on what you like doing. Have been to all the places you mention and many more.

Do you want a waterpark? Beaches in Kusadasi are lovely

Didim has lovely beaches as well as a water park.

If you only want to go to 1 of the 4 you've listed I'd go for Kusadasi.

Kira has suggested a gulet which are fantastic but you are restricted to where you go but you can wake up and swin in the sea first thing and the food is always very fresh and tasty. Some of the boats will not let you even take bottles of water on board when you've been ashore.

Kas is a lovely place beautiful harbour but no beach, nearby Kalkan is more touristy.

I would avoid Marmaris too as it reminds me of Blackpool and the beach can get so crowded.Huge number of clubs and bars if you like that sort of thing.
