hi i have a laptop which is connected by the wireless router, i have now aquired a secondhand pc which i would also like to connect to the wireless how do i go about it tia

Go to Start/programs/Accessories/Communications - Wireless wizard will be listed. If not, you dont have Wifi.
How far away from the router is the PC to be situated?

Chuck its roughly 8 metres away from where the pc is
so If possible 10 meter Ethernet cable is your best bet then.

If not a wireless card for the PC, if you really have to use wireless don't bother with a USB adaptor, they get crap reception and are too easily broken. get a PCI on to put in the computer.

i have a feeling the pc is not wirless i have'nt rigged it up yet but the manual does'nt say anything about it being wireless thanks for help.
