We regularly have Sunday morning drinks and nibbles with friends from across the road where the most calorific cake is my goal and I have no trouble there.
However, I have run out of ideas for a savoury dish. Quiche, pasta salad, M&S food for entertaining, etc, been there done that.
Has anyone got any ideas for something simple but that looks good? It cannot include shellfish and should preferably be a healthy dish to outweight the calories to come.
Thanks, Inspiration

Thanks, Woozer, sounds ideal. Will give it a whirl next time. Am about to print out.

Shouldn't you be at church?

There is an 8 am communion service at our church and on Easter Sunday as I will be at the 10 am Eucharist. Plenty of time to rejoice afterwards with friends.
