change straight into your "comfies" when you get in, my daughter laughs at me, dark nights, it's the jarmies and dressing gown and now it's an old velour trackie complete with slippers, she reckons that's what she'll be like in another 30 yrs, in the winter it can be 5 ish or so in the afternoon, I wait till 6ish these nights tho' lol
My 37 year old daughter usually spends her evenings in pj's and fluffy dressing gown. If I have a shower or bath late afternoon/early evening I can't see the point of redressing and undressing again a bit later so pj's for me. I also live in leisure suits around the house - they are just so warm and comfortable and just sling in the wash and tumble dry in not time at all. My husband has a British Airways (don't ask!) First Class wander about kind of sleep suit that he sometimes wears after an early bath.
I am exacfly the same Joy, except this week, ever the optimist, i have been putting my summer frocks on, the very long floaty ones, i just started to feel summery then it's gone chilly again. and so i've popped a cardi on, feel abit comfier now lol
My butler, Oswald, always greets me with a fresh straitjacket in one hand and its padlock in the other.
Then, my French maid, Cecille, herself suitably attired in my female staff uniform,"le costume d'anniversaire", slowly undresses me with her teeth on my kingsize waterbed until I come over all je ne sais quoix.
Finally, I am strapped and padlocked into aforementioned straitjacket and flung unceremoniously into the family dungeon for the night - where I probably belong !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
