I would estimate that 1 in 4 of my customers are convinced that they have perfectly matched feet that are a half size rather than a full size as regards the traditional UK foot sizing. Is there anyone on here who can look at their feet and honestly say they are a matching pair? (size and shape wise i mean!)
Mine look pretty much the same Dot - my shoes certainly feel the same on both feet - if you get my drift - they don't feel like one shoe is bigger than the other.
The body isn't symmetrical, so one side's always slightly different to the other, even though we might not notice it. Our youngest son definitely has one foot slightly longer than the other, so we have to go up half a size when he gets new shoes.
My feet look the same shape, slim and size 6, but the right foot is definitely a half-size bigger in length. It's more noticeable in slippers, as where the big toe fits always wears into a hole. Although I do make sure the toenails are trimmed. Strange isn't it.
