I am under threat of being made redundant I am am a sales person. The company say they need to make cuts so the can re-employs a sales person under a different section of expertise.
My contract states that I will not be able to contact my clients for 6 months but as the role is being made redundant can they still impose this stipulation on my contract?

You should be offered the chance to apply for any other positions within the company as well.
