Thanks everyone - having prepared it, I am now tending to side with Naomi as well but will persevere and see whether the salad I have knocked up with the quinoa improves with age when I eat it tonight on the late shift! Loads of chili dressing maybe!!!
It's ok, but like cous cous, bulgar wheat and similar, you definitely need to add some sort of flavour (or have it as the plain thing to accompany something else flavourful).
