Good media story, but I cannot see the "big deal"

Burnley General Hospital showed fracture ( which part isn't mentioned) of a lumbar vertebra and the treatment of pain killers and exercise was quite correct.......A&E

Blackburn General ...Orthopaedic Dept....arranged MRI scan which purportedly showed another vertebrae damaged......treatment the same as BGH.

Do I smell a compensation claim here? or am I just a cynic?

They were probably far too busy patching up drunks and placating nervous mothers whose babies had a common cold.
