me and my separated wife have a jouint bank account .she as removed her name off it ,to do this i was told she had to get my signiture to do this i have not signed any thing so she must of forged it. what trouble can she exspect to get into throu doing this. the bank have just said never mind we will put her name back on itwell thats fine but as she broken any law

in reality probably nothing at all. You can't prove it wasn't you, she cant prove she didn't do it. I would sort of hope the police were out catching murderers and so forth to be interested in someone removing their name with a joint account.

is the account in credit? if so, even less "interesting"
Is the account in your name only now? If so close it and move it somewhere else to a different bank in your name only.
Don't muck about or you may get cleaned out.

Yes the bank would have needed both signatures, but as bednobs says, there is no proof. I would get a new account anyway so she has no access to your bank details.
