If you are abroard with a pay as you go mobile can you still recieve calls or texts, I really need to know!!!

You are not going somewhere too bizarree, are you? Generally speaking, Yes, a Pay as you Go phone should work fine, but you can always check with your service provider.

what if you dont have any credit!!!!!!!!!!

Thats a poser, because you would, or rather should, pay for the international half of the call!

yes you can.....but check the costs first.

 

Some networks to send you need to alter the outbound number by deleting the first Zero and replace with +44 (Spain to UK via Vodafone you need to for example)

Get someone in the UK to update your credit if you are away for a long time. The new swipe top up cards are really convenient for this. Check the costs of these calls with your supplier. It costs extra to send and receive calls and texts. Virgin are very cheap to use your phone abroad.
