The wrong trousers

My partner has got a 29/30' waist and remarkably thin legs. Does anyone know where I can get trousers that won't flap around on his legs and bottom.

I'm not trying to be funny jo_ann, but if your man is not to tall you could try the childrens dept. With the ever increasing height of our kids some stock 'narrow' trousers with plenty of leg-length. It may mean having a battle with him to go, but you can always go yourself armed with a tape measure.
