Hi there. I was in your neck of the woods yesterday for the longest day of my life!
My middle child was competing in a chess tournament from 0930 to 1730 at Oaklands School, Acomb.
I would have called for a cuppa but I was too busy trying to poke my own eyes out to alleviate the broedom lol.

Hi mrs_o you should have popped round...I'm less than 5 minutes from Oaklands on the way to the A64 (just oop the road from Zacs)
I don't go in pubs Zacs.....................I'm a leper puff puff....
You sat all that time through a chess tournament...you should have a medal.....I'd have given you lunch as well...
