when I was 16 i got in a fight and broke my nose. since then I can only really breathe through 1 nostril. it wakes me up most nights and its driving me mad now... I have had enough. I want to try get it sorted. but what exactly can they do? I heard that sometime it makes it worse when they try do something with your nose....

That is no problem.....a septorhinoplasty will put that right.

There are many good ENT surgeons in Hong Kong.
