Black Agnes
another was called Rosabelle, according to Brewer's dictionary
Dave
It was simply called White Horse
Octavius, are you sure? I did find a website claiming the whisky was named after the horse, but it didn't actually specify that this was the horse's name... and it seems a mighty bland name for a royal horse, especially when her other horses did have names. Even 'Dave' shows a bit more imagination on Her Majesty's part.

Okay guys, found a book with it in. It's Black Agnes.

Go to the bootom of the page to the Queensbury house bit, and it refers to her horse being called White Horse.  Not exactly imaginative I know....

that was the one I found, Octavius, but the way I read it, they called it White Horse and if anyone asked whose white horse it was named after they'd say 'the queen's' - but without it necessarily implying that this was the horse's actual name, merely a description... anyway Maninblack has found one of a colour more suited to his own name
She probably had several, being Queen an'all, maybe even one called Dave
