when is the best time?

ive stillgot another stone and a half to lose by september and want to raise the bar a bit more now. ive invested in a excercice bike and cross trainer and i do loads of walking with the kids, but was wondering do you get a better work out before or after eating?

The answer is carry food with you while your training...chocolate is best..!

Have you ever considered trying Mars Bars as part of your training regime....you really should..they can be used as part of a calorie controlled diet...

What you do is, when you go out on your morning walk...or any walk for that matter...find a sweet shop... go inside and buy a Mars Bar...

Place the Mars Bar in your back pocket ...then go back outside and find a Rottweiller..it will chase you all the way home...!

Guaranteed too burn extra calories..!

before eating ... never excercise on a full stomach allow at least 1 hour

also go on size not weight ... all that training will increase muscle which weighs more than flab
