I don't know the exact changes, and I think your Doctor should have advised you on what those will be, but I do want to say how brave I think you are, and I do admire your courage. You will definitely be given hormones which will help you become a bit more female physically, so that will help with the way you feel emotionally. Best ask your Doctor about what to expect. Good luck, and let us know how it's all going.xx
You would probably get the best advice and support from other people with the same condition.  There are other websites and forums that cater for just such cases.  One such site is here.  Click the link and I hope it may be of some help to you.
Good luck to you and let us know how you get on...
Hope you've seen my answer under your other question in 'parenting'.  It would be better for yu to refer back to your medical advisor.  You should have been offered appropriate counselling in order to unpick all the issues that this entails.  I wish you well.

I am fairly certain there is a programme on CHannel 4 this week about babies born as "intersexed".  I know they have shown a programme on this one before, portraying people in the same situation as you from the UK and US. I hope it would of much help and comfort to you.

I am sure that there are lots of changes ahead for you. What will not change is your soul and yourself. You are special and unique and I wish you a safe journey and a happy ending

thanks everybody for your well wishes and support.  it makes my day.

wow, you are very brave and you come accross as very mature with a good support network.

The bad bits about being a girl are having to deal with boys! bras and make up - the good bits about being a girl are having to deal with boys, bras and make up :o)

I wish you loads of luck and i agree with one of the other answers which says that first and foremost you are you, your character dictates what sort of person you are, not what others percieve. x x

That must have been such a shock for you. I wish you all the luck in the world for the future. At least now you can carry on growing up as you always felt you should. Following on from what Englishbird said - girls also have a better choice of shoes than boys, but the heels may take a bit of getting used to!

hi, i dont claim to know or understand any of what you're going through, but it seems your guts and fighting instincts will get you far. whatever happens in your future im damn sure you will do great as your attitude to this situation seems amazing to me.

always, ALWAYS remember to keep your head held high and be proud of yourself, you are who you are and should never be ashamed, or made to feel ashamed of this.

you have all my well wishes and luck for your future, i really hope things work out the way you want them to. and in times of struggle when you may find things hard to cope with, remember this:

"never let anyone grind you down"
