When I burn CD tracks using Windows Media Player the player finalises on the last track and will not play on any other system is there any way of stopping the finalisation??

Thank you.

I don't quite follow - finalising means you should be able to play it on any player.

Have you tried burning using another program?

I have tried it on realplayer but the result is the same!!
What makes you think that it's the finalising that is causing the problem?

As Postdog has said, finalising means it should be playable on other systems.

As it's the same with different software and by saying they won't play on other systems you indicate they will play on your system I'm going to make a call on a faulty burner on this one.
