Does anybody know which shops are selling the diet plate, preferably in London.

I am asking for a colleague who has decided she wants one and does not want to buy over the internet.

It is a plate divided into sections for different types of food.

thses are available in womens magazine s at the back in the ads eg top sante cosmo, slimming and fitness magazines they are approx 14.99
