Joy, I have had success with DVD Flick but only after much perseverance. Open DVD Flick & click on Guide, follow instructions implicitly, should be ok.Ron.

thanks for that ron, the problem I seem to be having is which folder to send them to when they have been decoded and are ready, I get an error message saying, this folder is the same as the destination,,,,or something like that, time is running out ,,,lol
I need to master this by Friday
