Every Manager in the Prem would love spending power like this but although no Club in the Premiership earns these sums of money, the wealthy Owners dig into their pockets for the small change it appears to be for them and that is what makes it obscene . No one runs a legitimate Business like this otherwise they would be in Administration. Football; a beautiful game ruined by Greed and Ego's!

For a start Man U would never have sold him to their city rivals.
Secondly, there's only a handful of so called super clubs in European football and Man City will never be classified as one of them no matter how much dosh they might have for a few years.
Having said that, I'm not a Man U fan, nor do I have a downer on City, just stating facts, that's all.
Anyway, hope I haven't disturbed the scousers luv in too much?

Lets not forget that footballers are commodities to football clubs, once thier usfulness is over they are gone.
So why should a footballer, with the talent, stay loyal? When there was a set wage and tied contracts footballers couldn't move yet they were shown the door, as it should be in any business.
But whats good for the goose and all that.
As for ruining football, possibly but only for those without money. If Real Madrid win everything for the next 5 years possibly but I would hope they won't.
Also there needs to be a rationlisation let all those "big" clubs have thier european super leagues on the understanding that once they have gone, they are gone.
For a time it would be painful for the remaining clubs but at least money wouldn't dominate the game.
Wishful thinking
