how long is a piece of string?

about 22 years ago, our end terrace cost us about �400 to get it paint, about 5 years ago OH did it himself for �700 (good quality paint too), we had been quoted �1500.

My BF got his done a few years back for �3,000. It does have a 20 year guarantee though.
