bought pc from pc world last june and could do with it being serviced(i know only after 12 months)
pc world says that they do not deal with dell(why?if i bought it from there)
they say that it has to be dealt with by dell,themselves.
how do i go about this i live in manchester but cant for the life of me find any dell centres near me.
please help

They used to sell via their own High Street outlets but they've now closed their network of shops down and only sell online. So I'm completely mystified as to how on earth you managed to buy a Dell product through PC World!

It might be worth posting another question, telling us exactly what's wrong with your PC. It might be something (such as a virus or a software problem) which Dell will, not unreasonably, deny all responsibility for. We might be able to help you find a solution to your problems.

Chris is right though, Dell won't help you unless there is a fault with the computer and only then if it's still in guarantee, if it's just running slow because it's had so much rubbish installed on it since you've had it then it's down to you to sort it out (or pay the guy 20miles away a visit again)
if you post what the actual problems are somebody might be able to help you.
