Rash on hands

I sometimes have a rash that comes up on the top of my hands. Its not exzma or an allergic reaction. It just appears like once a week then goes the next day. It appears just behind my knuckles on the top of m hand and its often itchy. can anyone help?

Hi ! I've got the same thing , but it's mostly ( but not always ) when I stay in the sun, so I have put it down to some sort of allergic reaction to the sun. It's only on my hands though, below the knuckle of my index fingers and is very itchy. So I can't help you there, but I'm very interested in any explanation people might have !
