Hi there,

Has anyone been able to get a refund yet??

The website michaeljacksonlive.com hasnnt been updated and displays a message that more infor will be given out on wed 1st july but that was yesterday and it still hasnt been updated.

Ticketmaster just have recorded messages, its impossible to speak to anyone.

Anyone know how to do it??

I was told that Double8 tickets would refund my card with 50% within 48hrs. DOnt know if its been done yet - they then sent another email which said 72hrs...

I paid above face value so they will only refund 50%

At least you are been given info though, we havent actually heard anyting form anyone!!

I think I may try mastercard (how we paid) as a last resort!

hi poodicat no i dont think so plus ive heard that as there are sooo many tickets that wil be issued they wont be worth that much.

I dont know though, i bought 4 tickets so I might keep 1 as keepsake-although at the mo if i cant find a way to get the damn refund i'll be keeping all 4 anyway!!!

I dont have my tickets anyway so will ask for refund... I emailed double8 tickets.
Can you find an email address for Ticketmaster?
Your credit card will protect you - but I was asked to provide mine with proof in writing that Double8 would not be refuning the full amount - so I had to email them first anyway.
I think they may be holding out to see what is going to happen - as the Family are saying they may go ahead with the Gig in memory of him - so much stuff has been said no-one knows whats going on!
Maybe see whats in the news or contact them once his funeral has happened - things may be clearer then!

ive just been on the website and there is no form on the site. spoke to ticket master and they kept me on hold for ages and then just fobbed me off with the website. its not fair, its not like we wanted to be in this situation, i would rather have MJ alive and well so we can see him.

they want you to keep the tickets as souvenirs as they don't want to give refunds. get yer money back all of yers i says!

Last time i had tickets for a show that was cancelled i had to wait around 4 months for my money. When you send your tickets back make sure that you send by recorded post and keep the reciept safe.Funny how mail to these firms goes mising when you want and need your money back.
