The service doesn't provide telephone numbers. You have to ask the operator to call the person you want to get in touch with, to ask if they want to speak to you:

that sounds a good idea, it means there will be more security and more communication. Will it be compulsory though? A disposable sim card is free anyway, and so i guess people will still be able to be anonymous if they feel the need.

eu law will require evry simcard to be registered to a users address and pasport if applicable.
its ben law in spain since last year and is a counterterrorism mechanism.

in the madrid train bombing al qaeda used simcards in mobiles to detonate bombs these were unregistered
now they are all registered or deactivated.
