Anybody being treated for rheumatoid or psoriatic arthritis as after years of pain I may be diagnosed with one of them. what is medication and does it take pain away completely?

Would that possibly be cynicism pete - I do wonder where that comes from. Tomorrow is the day for blood results so we shall see.

Pete....why should the GP's retrain when there are so many "experts" on AB ?

wel its rheumatoid arthritis, then hopefully modern medicine will provide pain relief. my mom suffered from it for over 50years, her best advice was, keep very active, find out what foods to avoid, as some foods, drinks will create even more pain. and lastly keep positive, this is what helped her.
