Anybody remember this cartoon?

It must be about 10-15 years old, I think the main character was a guy who wore a cowboy hat and it was set in space. I remember there was a horse character who could speak and stand on its hind legs. I also remember the horse had a gun called 20-20...it's really doing my nut in as to what this cartoon is, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
