they are saying that if you have the symptoms of swine flu not to visit the chemist or the doctors surgery, surely if you have any sort of flu you would'nt feel like getting out of bed, let alone going to the doctors.

You get your 'flu friend' to go
My concern is how you are supposed to "self diagnose" the usual flu symptoms between the swine flu symptoms. I work for a large business and the view is to not go in if you have these symptoms, but now that the situation has suddenly become more "real", ie, not seeming to be just hyped up by the media, it worries me particularly that we could be carrying this around, apparently for 7 days unwittingly.
I was at the hospital today for unrelated matters, and was given a swab test.
If you have a fever and flu-like symptoms, they're advising to stay at home, and call the doctor.
I wonder if Russell Brand has it. You swine!
