my boyfriend has been told to stay away from me for 2 weeks as part of his bail conditions he cant even speak to me, i didnt make a statment against him only my niece, i want to see him is there anything i can do to get this part of his bail condition removed??

id like to post an answer to my own question for anyone eles going throuth this

it is possible to get the bail conditions changed i phoned the PF and they advised for my boyfriend to phone his lawyer and they can set a bail hearing to get the bail conditions changed, i will need to submit a letter stating that it was a one off (which it was) and isnt going to happen again and i want to see him

it could take up to a week to happen but it is possible
