Epal sites.

Are there any 100% free sites to join and be a member for those wishing epals? Few I have seen allow you to place a profile for free but then that is where it stops as a charge is made to send a reply or open a response.
Iam fairly new to area and all sites for friendship make a charge or seem to be for dating.If anyone can assist I would appreciate it,thanks.

you cando epals on facebook. not sure what is involved, but as fb is free (so far) then the epal thing might be free as well ?
