Pimms (no 1) is a gin-based drink that's associated with toffs and events such as Henley Regatta, Wimbledon etc. It's a brown-tea colour, with spices and fruits. It's lovely mixed with lemonade, loads of ice and mint sprigs. You'd love it Joy.

no bobbi - you could just have a pimms no 2 or 3 or 4 - they're not gin-based, but whisky, brandy and...err.. something else!

I am sure you could find one that suits you.
