How can I remove the creases from a poster?

I have a Michael Jackson poster which came free with a book so it is folded up quite small. Is there any way I can iron out the creases eg with a cloth on top? I don't want to spoil it.

I would just burn it actually

Iron it between two pieces of thick brown paper making sure the iron is on a low setting.
