On our recent holiday to Murcia, things went from bad to worse, can't say where for obvious reasons, when we came back I spoke to the person we rented the villa from and he, staight away, has offered me a free week over the Easter break Now thats what I call Customer Service

Always worth a try bobbie!! I went for a pub lunch couple of months ago, I ordered 'fishcakes' & salad off the menu, I got 'one' fishcake. I challenged the description in the menu & she agreed! Would you like a free complimentary drink? Well thankyou! Result! :0) x
